A public hearing will be held only if requested in writing by any interested person before the date specified. If a Public Hearing is requested by April 26, 2021, one will be scheduled and noticed for hearing as soon thereafter as possible. Limited Term Permit (21PLN-10) for the operation of a food truck at 1924 Nevada City Highway Tuesday through Sunday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Information on this proposal is available at the Community Development Department, Planning Division at Grass Valley City Hall during normal business hours, M - F; 8 a.m. 5 p.m. The Community Development Director will consider at the public hearing statements and testimony submitted for and against these matters. The Community Development Director shall take whatever action is determined necessary and appropriate. Any public hearing may be continued from time to time. If you challenge the Community Development Director's action on appeal to the City Council or in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Community Development Director at, or prior to, the public hearing.
