Take further notice that the mobilehome will be sold at public auction for removal only at 9:00 a.m. on April 26, 2021, at Creekside Village, Park Office, located at 17384 Penn Valley Drive, Penn Valley, California 95946. In order to prevent the mobilehome from being sold at the noticed sale, the amount of $2,280.80 must be paid by any person claiming a right in the mobilehome, prior to the sale date, and the mobilehome must then be promptly removed from the park. This amount includes estimated storage charges, publication charges, attorneys fees, incidental and/or transpor-tation charges, as provided in the Commercial Code, and is subject to further adjustment.
