NOTICE PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Grass Valley Development Review Committee will decide whether to approve or deny a Development Review and Minor Use Permit application on November 24, 2020, at Grass Valley City Hall, 125 East Main Street, Grass Valley, California. Development Review and Minor Use Permit (20PLN-25) for the development of a parking lot serving an existing ±3,400 square foot office building in the Office Professional (OP) Zone. The parking lot expansion is located on the adjoining property designated Residential, One-family (R-1). A lot line adjust shall be required concurrently with the project. A Minor Use Permit is required due to an excess of parking exceeding 20% of the minimum parking standard. The project is located at 2344 and 2352 Nevada City Highway, Grass Valley, CA 95959 (APNs: 035-610-002 & 035-221-016). Environmental Determination: Categorical Exemption. Information on this proposal is available at the Community Development Department, Planning Division at Grass Valley City Hall during normal business hours, M - F; 8 a.m. 5 p.m. The Development Review Committee will consider at the public hearing statements and testimony submitted for and against this matter. The Development Review Committee shall take whatever action is determined necessary and appropriate. Any public hearing may be continued from time to time. If you challenge the Development Review Committee's action on appeal to the City Council or in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Development Review Committee at, or prior to, the public hearing.
