NOTICE OF WAREHOUSE LIEN SALE Please take notice that, in accordance with California Commercial Code 7209 and 7210, notice having been given to all parties believed to claim an interest and the time specified for payment in the notice having expired, the undersigned is entitled to a warehouse lien against that certain mobilehome described as a 1978 BUDDY mobilehome, decal number ABJ9618, serial numbers 04750479AM and 04750479BM, label/insignia numbers CAL133061 and CAL133062, now situated at 17384 Penn Valley Drive, Space 318, Penn Valley, California 95946 (also known as 318 Quail Street, Penn Valley, California 95946). The parties believed to claim an interest in the mobilehome are: Esther Phillips aka Esther Caroline Phillips, Creekside Village. Take further notice that the mobilehome will be sold at public auction for removal only at 9:00 a.m. on August 14, 2020, at Creekside Village, Park Office, located at 17384 Penn Valley Drive, Penn Valley, California 95946. In order to prevent the mobilehome from being sold at the noticed sale, the amount of $4,769.48 must be paid by any person claiming a right in the mobilehome, prior to the sale date, and the mobilehome must then be promptly removed from the park. This amount includes estimated storage charges, publication charges, attorneys fees, incidental and/or transportation charges, as provided in the Commercial Code, and is subject to further adjustment.
